Why framing gets our full attention
The frame sets the pace for everything after it. When it goes well, drywall, mechanical and finish crews walk into a building that's square, on plan and ready for them. When it doesn't, everyone pays for it.
So we put the work in early. We read the plans closely, talk through the schedule, and make sure you know what's happening and when. From a single home to a larger commercial scope, the approach is the same.
Besides framing, we install house wrap and windows and supply lumber, trusses and windows. That way more of the envelope is handled by one team on one schedule.
