The paperwork
What's in the packet
Most builders need the same few documents before we can start. Ask once and we'll email all of it.
- Current certificate of insurance (general liability and workers' compensation)
- Signed W-9
- Idaho Contractor Registration RCE-10033
- Contact info for scheduling, billing and the field
Need your company listed as certificate holder, or your own subcontract agreement signed? Say so in the note and we'll take care of it.
Once we're on your schedule
How a job runs with us
No surprises is the goal. You'll have one person to call, and you'll hear about a problem while it's still small.
- We read the plans firstBefore we price anything, we go through the set. If something doesn't line up, we ask now.
- We set expectationsYou'll know the start date, the crew size and what we need from your side before we mobilize.
- We line up the materialIf we're supplying lumber, trusses or windows, the package lands when the crew is ready for it.
- We frame it and walk itWhen the frame is up, we walk it with your super, close out the punch items and hand it off clean.
