02 / Envelope
House wrap
Once the frame is up, we wrap it. Seams are lapped the right direction and taped, openings are prepped, and the building is ready for windows and siding.

03 / Envelope
Window install
We set windows to the manufacturer's instructions, flash them properly, and open and close every unit before we leave. A good install now saves you a callback later.

Lumber, truss and window supply
We can supply the material as well as install it. We order lumber, trusses and windows from your plans and time the deliveries to the framing schedule, so nothing sits in the weather for weeks.
